17/09/2013 Tuesday, National Stock Exchange Nifty opened with down position at 5,824.20 and its previous closed was 5,840.55. Naow at 10:47 am CNX Nifty traded at 5,825.35 down by 15.20 points or 0.26 percent. Today 30 Share Exchange Nifty hits 5,846.40 high or 5,804.90 in its early trading session.

Today Bonbay Stock Exchange SENSEX also opened with weak position at 19,721.90 and its previous closed was 19,742.47. At 10:50 am BSE SENSEX traded at 19,714.72 slip by 27.75 points or 0.14% and hits 19,779.26 high or 19,635.44 low in its early trading session.

There has been a sharp decline with the onset of Rs. 54 paise sharp fall against the U.S. dollar, with money to open at 63.37. On Monday the rupee against the dollar has managed to close at 62.83. Te Rupee fell by 60 paise to 63.43 against the dollar in early trade at the Interbank Foreign Exchange market as the US currency gained strength overseas.
